As an ethical travel agent affiliated with Nicks Easy Travel, we assert the following commitments:

  • Payment Application: Your payment is always applied directly to your trip.

  • Detailed Invoices: We provide a detailed invoice and a copy of the vendor’s client confirmation within 7 days of your payment.

  • Credit Card Authorization: We require a credit card authorization form or written communication for any purchases.

  • Personal Information Protection: Your personal information is safeguarded to the best of our ability.

  • Verification: We provide contact information for our host agency so you can verify our identity.

  • Booking Releases: Upon request, we will release any bookings directly to the vendor.

  • Licensing and Obligations: We maintain all required licensing, legal, and contractual obligations and provide this information upon request.

  • Travel Insurance: We offer general information and a copy of proposed policies but direct you to the insurer for detailed information.

  • Seller of Travel Numbers: Our communications and advertisements include our host agency’s Seller of Travel Numbers.

  • Experience and Training: We provide accurate information regarding our experience and training.

  • Issue Resolution: For any issues, please email or call us using the provided contact information. If we do not respond within 14 days, contact our host agency:

  • Documentation and Contact Information: We address any issues with relevant documentation within seven days and maintain current contact information as required by law.
